Klean Industries Inc. ("Klean"), a renowned producer of tire pyrolysis equipment dedicated to designing and constructing pyrolysis projects for processing hydrocarbon-based waste like end-of-life tires, is delighted to declare the ongoing collaboration between Klean and Reoil Ltd. The two entities are uniting efforts to co-develop further projects as part of their longstanding partnership.

Klean and Reoil have reached an agreement to introduce Klean Loop™, an advanced tracking and identification technology devised by Klean and its partners utilizing artificial intelligence, at a state-of-the-art reference plant located in Bukowno, Poland. The integration of Klean Loop™ promises significant enhancements across all aspects of the end-of-life tires ("ELT") recycling process, enhancing transparency. Klean Loop™ streamlines ESG reporting for both upstream and downstream stakeholders, including the measurement of CO2 impact and offset at every stage of the supply chain. This innovative technology will establish a new benchmark for closed-loop circularity while elevating the value of recovered products.

Reoil has pioneered the world's most cost-effective and sustainable industrial solutions for end-of-life tires, drawing from its extensive research, development, and commercial endeavors. A significant milestone in this journey of achievement has been the highly productive collaboration with Klean Industries, which is set to endure.

Reoil utilizes patented tire pyrolysis technology, standing out as one of the select projects in the market boasting significant profitability. Meanwhile, Klean Industries, with a legacy dating back to 2005 in the waste processing sector, has honed its expertise in tire pyrolysis technology and tire pyrolysis projects for almost twenty years. Supported by the KleanTeam, a group of specialists with a track record in designing and manufacturing advanced thermal processing equipment since the 1980s, Klean Industries is at the forefront of innovation in the field.

Michal Mikuskiewicz, founder of Reoil Ltd., remarked, "We pioneered full-scale production capabilities and achieved multi-year profitability in this sector. Our decision to triple our production capacity underscores the effectiveness and significance of our process. With the integration of KleanLoop™, we are poised to further fulfill the commitment to closed-loop operations and transparency in this pivotal industry."

Anders Bergman, President of European Operations and Head of the Klean Loop™ at Klean Industries Inc., expressed, "The choice to integrate the Klean Loop™ into a prominent and commercially established project in the end-of-life tire (ELT) domain marks a significant milestone for the platform. I am proud of the accomplishments of our team, and we are just embarking on this journey. This platform will significantly contribute to achieving the objectives for genuine circularity within product lifecycles."

Jesse Klinkhamer, CEO of Klean Industries Inc., elucidated, "Both Reoil and Klean have been trailblazers in the tire pyrolysis realm, specializing in the production of premium recovered carbon blacks. Together, we have pioneered a new industry, boasting a proven platform that distinguishes us from others in end-of-life tire management options. Our commitment to industrial circularity is unparalleled, and now is the opportune moment for us to capitalize on our success and further enhance our leadership position. Our expertise and array of technologies, coupled with our resolve to tackle the most formidable challenges, are evident in our achievements at a commercial scale. Our company ethos is aligned, and we envision a future of significant positive change. Together, we will realize 100% circularity in the tire industry."
