Deltamarin and ECOLOG have joined forces to create a groundbreaking LCO2 carrier design aimed at the global shipbuilding market. This innovative design is specifically tailored for operations within the EU, boasting characteristics such as short range, low pressure, and shallow draft specifications.

The development of this novel design underwent an extensive preliminary phase, during which a multitude of solutions were meticulously analyzed to optimize the vessel's suitability for LCO2 transportation. This involved exploring various configurations of the cargo containment and handling system to accommodate the wide range of CO2 compositions encountered in real-world scenarios.

Furthermore, the design integrates environmentally-friendly features such as LNG DF propulsion, shore power (AMP), and wind assistance. These elements are seamlessly incorporated to minimize the vessel's environmental impact and promote sustainability.
