Sheboygan Paint Company Completes Acquisition of Bradley Coatings Group

Sheboygan Paint Company, a fifth-generation family-owned manufacturer of liquid industrial coatings based in Wisconsin, has announced its acquisition of Bradley Coatings Group from United Paint & Chemical Corporation. The acquisition, effective as of July 24, 2024, marks a significant expansion for Sheboygan Paint Company, although the financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Bradley Coatings and Sheboygan Paint Company will work together to ensure a seamless transition for their customers. As part of this process, production operations will be integrated into Sheboygan Paint Company’s existing facilities in Wisconsin and Georgia. This partnership aims to ensure continuity of service and minimize any disruptions during the transition, leveraging Sheboygan Paint Company’s established infrastructure to support Bradley Coatings' customers effectively.

Bradley Coatings Group, established in 1946 and acquired by United Paint & Chemical Corporation in 2017, serves over 100 customers across North America with coatings for various end-use applications, particularly in the transportation and general industrial metal sectors.
