Vietnamese Petrochemical Complex to Use BEUMER Technology

TTCL Public Company Limited, an experienced EPC contractor in Thailand entrusted The BEUMER Group to supply bagging lines at Long Son Petrochemicals Complex located in Vietnam. The supply of three bagging systems for LLDPE plants includes three fillpac FFSs, three Paletpacs and two Stretch Hood As. BEUMER’s fillpac FFS is a form-fill-seal system which forms bags from a prefabricated tubular Polyethylene film, fills them with the corresponding product and seals the bags at a speed of 2000 bags per hour. The Paletpac is suitable for bulk material and is added to high performance packaging lines for efficient processing sensitive and valuable products with special flow characteristics. The BEUMER Stretch Hood A is a high-performance packaging system which allows for accurate stacking of packaged items on pallets and enables smooth transportation to the downstream packaging system. The project installation is expected to complete in 2020. The aim of this project is to increase the efficiency of the petrochemical complex and guarantee and create added value for Vietnam.
