PLA is a biodegradable polyester made from renewable materials like starches from corn and sugar cane. TotalEnergies Corbion and Esol have joined forces to help push forward the establishment of a PLA recycling facility. Using its PLA technologies, TotalEnergies Corbion will be able to recycle waste PLA materials supplied by Esol.
